Just when I thought that all hopes are lost, I stumbled on a travel agency which offered cheap airline tickets to the Philippines- something I have been looking for as far back as a year ago, or ever since I found a way to save up for a dream vacation to this island country. It is actually my home country and I have always wanted to take a vacation there especially during the winter months here in Canada because back home (in the Philippines), the weather is always warm and sunny. It will also be my chance to once again reunite with my family who are all in the city of Cebu (a very beautiful place, I must add). What I’d save on the airline tickets, I’d be able to use during my vacation there and so I am already excited. I had to catch a flight from the stansted airport and had to reach there before 3 in the morning because I had a 5 A.M. flight to catch. I hired a taxi to stansted to get me to the airport. I never hire a taxi, because I love to use public transport, but this time I had to use a taxi. The taxi came right on time which was great. But the best thing is that it got me to the airport very quickly. Had I been late there then I would have had to miss my flight. It was really a great experience travelling in a car to the airport. I also did expect them to be so comfortable. They were so comfortable that fell asleep and was woken up by the driver on reaching the airport. I just loved the experience and would love to travel in a car again to go the airport.
