I was so hurt when I lost my aunt to stroke resulting from high cholesterol in her body few months ago that I decided to do a thorough research on what causes high cholesterol. I must say it was a long and stressing process as I had to visit a few hospitals in town and interview doctors who specialized on exercise and body fitness issues. Interviewing a person at their place of work is not an easy thing as many feel that you are trying to test their mastery of the field and therefore refuse to cooperate. Others refuse to be interviewed as they feel that you are wasting their time without paying them. After many hours of research and analysis of data, I had my report which I presented to the ministry of health together with a few proposals on how to fight stroke. I hope it will be implemented.
